Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy is in place because digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered and may be copied, stored, or used immediately after purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any digital products, including but not limited to:

• Digital downloads

• Templates

• Planners

• Toolkits

• Guides

• Files delivered electronically

No Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Failure to read the product description

• Incompatibility with your device, software, or platform

• Lack of usage or results

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the product description, included features, and requirements before completing a purchase.

Exceptions (If Applicable)

A refund may be considered only in the rare case that:

• The digital file is corrupt or inaccessible, and

• We are unable to provide a working replacement after reasonable troubleshooting

Any such request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
